Year 7 are really making music

Year 7 students brought music to our ears by creating their own musical instruments.  The instruments ranged from drums to pipes and all of them were of a really high standard. 

Although the quality of work was exceptional, unfortunately, not everyone could win and after much deliberation Miss Harvey decided on 1st, 2nd and 3rd place from the entrees.

Jamiah  Barnett Vassel came third with her amazing full size replica of a guitar. Second place went to Kane Seabourne, who’s vibrantly decorated shakers were a delight to the eyes and the ears.

The overall winner was Emma Jones, who created a set of wind pipes that made an amazing sound when they were played.

Well done to everyone who entered, the finished products were excellent and you should all be very proud of your work
