Sixth formers mentor young students
A team of sixth form students are training to become peer mentors for our younger students. From September, they will play an important role in helping the new Year 7s settle in to secondary school by offering support, advice and will be available to answer questions. This will help ensure that new students settle in quickly and become confident, independent learners.
Lead students Otis Daily and Tamarra Matthews are taking part in the programme and are looking forward to passing on positive advice and motivation to their younger peers.
