Learning Detectives

NBA’s Learning Detectives recently had their first training workshop to mark the start of the new academic year and to welcome some new faces to the team. During the workshop they reviewed the first year of the Learning Detectives, in particular the things they enjoyed. This included:

• Being able to help others
• Helping to make lessons more interesting
• Getting to know the other detectives
• Giving constructive criticism

Learning Detectives is an innovative project set up at the academy to give a group of students the skills to observe lessons and give teachers confidential feedback so that they can use to improve students' learning experiences.
