Invaluable support

Our Post 16 students here at NBA are getting actively involved in supporting students in younger years with their learning. Their involvement has had a positive impact on helping teaching staff and students in KS3 and KS4.

They offer daily support in a range of subjects across the Academy which has proved invaluable. Not only does the initiative provide benefits to the younger students and staff, but it gives our Year 12 and 13s work experience, and encourages them to share their knowledge and understanding of topics.
