Adventure at ackers

A group of students spent an energetic and exciting day at Ackers Adventure Centre. The students bonded and made new friends with peers from Bordesley Green Girls’ and Small Heath schools as they took part in team building exercises, canoeing and other adrenalin fueled outdoor activities. The day is part of a rolling programme for our students with hearing impairments which develops their negotiation and teamwork skills, builds confidence and introduces them to new friends and a range of interesting activities.
