GCSE in Photography
Photography involves a great deal of commitment and a tremendous amount of work. It is more than just taking pictures, if you chose this subject you will learn to produce work of a high standard and have a portfolio you can be proud of.
Course Overview
This will be offered as a single GCSE. Pupils will focus solely on wet and digital photography. This is a good choice if you like being creative but do not always like traditional forms of art and design.
Course Structure
You will be taught varying photography techniques, as well as processing techniques.
All photography work that you produce will be displayed alongside the other GCSE coursework in the final exhibition.

- A – levels /BTEC Art and Design Photography
- University to study all areas of Art and Design
- Employment in an Art and Design background
