Admissions
The law requires all admission authorities, including academies, voluntary aided and foundation schools and others with delegated authority for admissions, to consult certain other schools, local authorities, community groups and parents by 1 March, before they determine the admission arrangements they wish to have, by 15 April, and to notify those consulted of the determined arrangements, so that they can if they wish object to the Adjudicator by 30th June for Academies to the Secretary of State.
